What's In The Oven in January RUM AND RAISIN PIE Just tell us how strong you want it , and be assailed with the flavours of that old classic, Rum n Raisin. - RM 60 -RM70, depending on amount of Rum. This was particularly popular at the last week of December, probably coz of the party flavour associated with the rum. Rich Chocolate Truffle Cake Artery clogging, it's like eating a chocolate truffle, but instead of little round balls, a whole piece of cake like. Made from dark chocolate, with a ganache coating and dusted with cocoa powder, this refrigerated dessert is a must for chocolate lovers. Serve with pure cream to combat the assailing chocolate taste. Contains very little added sugar, sweetness is all from the chocolate. RM50 for non alcoholic version, RM60 with alcohol.
