TO ORDER
1. Send me a text/whatsapp at 012-3240988. Email orders and enquiries are not deemed confirmed.

 2. Please state your name, cake, pick up date, wording if any, and candles if required. Cakes are usually made the day before pickup.

3. Please DO NOT use numerals, eg to replace words, like "To" or "For". Eg, I 1 2 order 2 cakes 4 2moro.

4. Where possible, please use the Given Name of the cake to avoid confusion, rather than referring to "durian cake", as there are 3 different cakes with Durian.  eg, Aromatherapy.

5. ALL CAKES ARE LABELLED UNDER THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO ORDERS. If you send your driver, friend, grandmother etc, please tell them to quote YOUR name, and not their name, as it will cause undue panic when we see there is no such order.

6. Generally, no delivery. Pick up is from Damansara Heights (ANYTIME BETWEEN 9.30am-9pm DAILY), or Bangsar Baru, Mon- Fri 9.30-5pm (OFFICE HOURS). Unless specified, pick up is assumed to be from Damansara Heights.

 A recent trip to Oz reminded me of their signature biscuits, Arnotts, which actually is readily available here these days.  I am not really a fan of the Tim Tam's etc, but I love mint so I like the Arnott's Mint Slices.  In a cheesecake, it is perfect as well.  The cooling mint, the crunch of the biscuit...

THE HOT DATE!
RM75 for Topless, RM85 with choice of Topping
Essentially, a Sticky Date Pudding, but I have tried to make it less sweet, because one reason I have avoided this in the past is whilst I love it, I find it way to sickly sweet.  This version has very little sugar, but I find is sufficiently sweet.  The salty caramel sauce is not baked into the cake, and is poured on.  Another good alternative topping is cream cheese swirled with some salty caramel.

MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE - RM80
I've always LOVED mint (though people are as divided over mint as they are with durian, some people think it reminds them of toothpaste).  This is a back to basics chocolate cake with chocolatey minty chocolate cream layers, smeared and topped with ganache.

ORANGE CHOCOLATE CAKE - RM80 (Looks more or less like the mint chocolate cake above)
Orangey chocolate, with the slight hint of bitterness from the rind, which exudes that lovely orange oil, chocolate chips, covered with chocolate ganache.  Cointreau Option, add RM15.

LEMON CURD, PEACH & MASCARPONE TART - RM90
A bed of tangy lemon curd, with sweet canned peaches topped with rich mascarpone cream.(blueberries optional, add RM5)

THE HAWT HUNK
(Baked Salty Caramel Macadamia Cheesecake)



A Baked cheesecake.  Named after friend of the same name, ...A little bit nutty, a little bit cheesey, a little bit salty (ham sap), a little bit sweet.  But overall damn solid.  Contains macadamias, salty caramel, and chocolate chip.
RM90, approximately 1.3kg.

 A baked cheesecake on a biscuit base, like your usual baked cheesecake.  Pandan and Gula Melaka are part of the cheesecake flavours. RM80

PANDAN SPONGE WITH CHILLED GULA MELAKA CHEESE, AKA....

THE "THAMBY"

Named in honor of "Thamby" (you know who you are), this cake is a Pandan Sponge With Layers of Gula Melaka Flavoured Cream Cheese.  Pandan and Gula Melaka are a match made in heaven, just like in  a cendol.   RM80.

A LIL FAT MONKEY CAKE or FAT MONKEY FOR SHORT

Scientific Name : Peanut Butter & Caramelized Banana Cheesecake
Named after a good friend, A Lil Fat Monkey who designed the Fatboybakes logo, this very rich cheese cake comprises Caramelized Bananas, Peanut Butter, in a combination that would please any monkey, or human, who loves the aforementioned ingredients.
RM80 for baked, RM75 for chilled.


BANANA CUSTARD TART

If you like good old comfort food, like custard, chocolate and bananas, then this tart will comfort you alright. I wanted to call it BASTART, (credit to Alilfatmonkey) but I am not sure it will go down well with the mothers ...and father...To avoid confusion with the Salty Caramel Banana Tart, please refer to this as Banana Custard. RM80

SALTY CARAMEL BANANA CREAM TART

SALTY CARAMEL BANANA CREAM TART - Salty caramel seems to be a rather "in" flavour these days, though some people find it hard to reconcile salty and sweet. This is probably a cousin of the more famous Banoffee Pie that are everywhere. RM75 for this creamy tart.

SALTY CARAMEL MACADAMIA TART

MACADAMIA TART WITH SALTY CARAMEL. A school of macadamias drowned in sea of thick caramel, covered with a layer of dark chocolate ganache. I know, it sounds sickeningly sweet, but surprisingly, salty caramel is .... deceptively not too sweet. RM80


SALTY CARAMEL CHOCOLATE CAKE


A moist, messy chocolate cake with layers of salty caramel and ganache. It's hard to make caramel sit still, much like a petulant child, so be warned, it oozes out of every pore. It's a heavy cake, about 1.3kg at least. Note: The cake is totally covered with ganache so as to avoid the caramel from spilling out.  Picture is before the cake is totally covered.

AROMA THERAPY
AROMA THERAPY, a cake for all durian lovers. Layers of lightly flavoured durian sponge sandwiching layers of durian cream lightened by a hint of whipping cream. Let the aroma of the King of Fruits assail your senses as you cut out a slice. Requires refrigeration. RM80

PEANUT BUTTER BANANA CAKE (TIM'S NUTS)
Bananas and Peanut Butter, and surefire combination, if you enjoy the two ingredients. CONTAINS NUTS, obviously, so not for the "allergic to nuts" people. RM75 (approx 1.4kg)


BAKED OREO CHEESECAKE


Not revolutionary, but good old comfort food. Crushed oreos in the cake batter, reminiscent of cookies and cream ice cream. RM 75 for baked version, RM70 for chilled

SPENCER'S FOUR SEASONS

Spencer's Four Seasons Cake, or 4 Seasons for Short. Named after good friend, Spencer, on the occasion of his 3Xth birthday, and in partial drunken stupor at a Karaoke. Chocolatey with four different layers, with the option of alcohol.

RM70 for Virgin Spencer, RM75 for Boozey Spencer. Approx 1.1kg.

 
RUM RAISIN CHEESECAKE



Inspired by one of my favourite ice cream flavours, I figured you can't possibly go wrong with a Rum & Raisin Cheesecake. The only question was, to make it baked, or chilled. I believe that both versions would be delicious.

RM80 for Baked Rum & Raisin Cheese Cake, RM75 for Chilled Rum & Raisin Cheese Cake.

BLACK FOREST CAKE 


Layers of Chocolate Sponge with Canned Dark Cherries, Fresh Cream and Brandy, Coated with Dark Ganache. RM85 (or RM80 if no alcohol)
 

RED VELVET WITH CREAM CHEESE

This recently popularized cake contains the earthy flavours of beetroot, (and yes, RED COLOURING), the stark bitterness of cocoa, and the decadence of cream cheese, making it a rather unique combination. It is a pretty heavy cake, weight wise, approximately 1.55kg. RM75
CHOCOLATE VELVET WITH CHOCOLATE & CREAM CHEESE (THE ALAN)
Alternatively, opt for the Chocolate Cheese Velvet, aka THE ALAN, which is the same cake minus the RED colouring, but instead of pure cream cheese sandwiching the layers, it has a layer of dark chocolate cream, a layer of cream cheese, and topped with dark chocolate ganache.

CHILLED DURIAN CHEESE CAKE

Chilled Durian cheesecake, a best seller by far. Obviously you would need to be a fan of the King of Fruits to be able to appreciate it, so non-durian fans, stay away. The aroma is likely to linger in your car as well, so if going long distance, it might be a challenge.

DURIAN POPPY SEED CAKE


A rich buttery cake, with real durian pulp, not essence, in the cake, littered with crunchy poppy seed. Great for those who like "real cake" kinda cakes, as opposed to moussey creamy cakes. Comes with a 250gm tub of durian cream, (pureed durian with fresh whipping cream).

DAD'S BAKED MARS BAR CHEESECAKE
Why "Dad's"? Well, it's always Mum's this and Mum's that when it comes to food right?! Oh, my mum's chocolate cake, or my mum's carrot cake.....WELL, it's high time DAD'S GOT THEIR RECOGNITION!!! Hence, DAD'S BAKED MARS BAR CAKE.

A rich baked cheese cakes, with Mars Bars incorporated into the cake. The savouriness of the cheese combats the usual sickly sweetness of the Mars Bar, giving it a perfect blend of salty, sweet, chocolatey, all in one mouthful. Yes, it's one of those from the lip to the hip kinda cake.

PAVLOVA

The dessert named after the famous Russian ballerina, Anna Pavlova, presumably cos of the white wafty meringue.  Usually sickly sweet, but I have tried my best to reduce the sugar while maintaining the integrity of the meringue.  Fruit size varies of course, according to season.  Standard Pavlova, unless otherwise stated, comprise strawberries and blueberries.  RM80.  For plain strawberry, RM75.  Other additional fruits available on request and if available.  Cost quoted accordingly.

UPSIDE DOWN PEAR AND GINGER CAKE

 
The sweetness of canned pears, plus the heat from ginger, in this moist cake that contains black treacle, should be served warm, with vanilla ice cream, or pure cream or custard.

TIRAMISU TORTE

The universally popular Tiramisu Torte, with caramelised nuts enveloping layers of mascarporne sandwiched between a coffee sponge, soaked in coffee, and alcohol.  Of course a non alcoholic version is optional. No raw eggs.

Banana Walnut Cake With Cream Cheese Topping. A fairly healthy cake, as there is no butter, very few eggs, and uses healthy sunflower oil. Very moist, and nutty. with cream cheese topping (Contains walnut, raisins and banana)

BRANDY TRUFFLE CAKE

BRANDY TRUFFLE CAKE - No flour, so suitable for gluten intolerant, but not suitable if you cannot take egg. Very rich, contains about 600gms of chocolate alone.

. Or if you cant take alcohol, then its RM65 for the virgin version.


ORANGE POPPY SEED CAKE

Orange Poppy Seed, or Lemon Poppy Seed as well. A buttery cake, perfect for tea time, or as a snack. Cream Cheese Topping is optional.

RUM AND RAISIN PIE

Doused with rum, raisins soaked until plump with alcohol, in a custardy filling, encased with shortcrust pastry shell base. RM80 (sorry, no non alcoholic versions)

QUICHE - Various fillings, can opt for chicken, beef bacon, mushroom tuna, spinach etc etc. Average cost about RM 75.

Mascarporne, cream cheese, cheddars, you don't have to be a mouse to enjoy cheese.

CHICKEN & MUSHROOM PIE - 1 whole Chicken, mushroom, coriander and whatever tickles your fancy. Puff pastry casing, of course. RM75 for one 8 inch diameter pie, in disposable pie plate.
